Summer at Stoneleigh-Burnham 2023! For equestrians, artists, athletes, and traditional summer campers ages 7-16.
Stoneleigh-Burnham Summer Camps 2023
- Animation Camp: This camp focuses on 2D, hand-drawn animation, digitally and on paper. It covers the basics of what animation is and a variety of techniques for creating it. Over the course of a week, campers work on a number of animation exercises as well as a short cumulative project. Ages 11-16. (2 weeks: Begins July 2 for overnight and July 3 for day. and also July 25 for overnight and July 26 for day).
- Owl Day Camp: A day camp for girls ages 7-12 interested in a traditional summer camp experience. (3 sessions beginning on July 10 17 and 24).
- Performing Arts Camp: A co-ed program for students ages 10-16 with an interest in dancing, singing and acting. (1 week: Begins August 9 overnight or August 10 day camp).
- Bonnie Castle Riding Camp: An overnight riding camp for girls ages 8-16 for intermediate and advanced riders. This program sells out, sign up soon. (Three sessions beginning June 25, July 9, and July 23). If you are bringing your own horse, they have spots open. If you are not bringing your horse, there is now a waitlist.
- Horsemanship Day Camp: (Full, Waitist Available) A riding program for beginner riders ages 9-12 This program sells out, sign up soon. (1 week: August 7-11).
Choices of camp day structure:
- Day Camp (8am-4pm) – Campers who choose this option will attend from 8am to 4pm, Monday-Friday. Lunch will be provided. Campers will be immersed in the camp curriculum and follow the day camp schedule.
- Residential Camp (overnight) – Campers who choose this option will arrive Sunday and leave the following Friday (Saturday for BCRC). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. Campers will be immersed in the camp curriculum and follow the day camp schedule as well as nightly activities outside of the specific camp curriculum.
