Sterling Gym Birthday Parties!

Sterling Gym Birthday Parties have more fun! Sterling Academy of Gymnastics offers super fun birthday parties in your choice of gymnastics, dance, foam dart battle, galactic night, ninja challenge or martial arts for your child’s special day.

Parties are available for booking on Saturdays and Sundays!

Every party is led by a certified professional instructor in either our Main Gym, Pre-School Gym, Dance Studio, or Karate Dojo. Your party also includes use of our party room, with tables and chairs set up for the number of children anticipated to attend. A refrigerator and freezer is also available for use.

Birthday party requests may be taken up to 3 months in advance and will be confirmed via mail. Please be aware that your birthday party request is not considered approved until you receive a confirmation package from Sterling Academy.

Birthday Party Theme Options

Jungle Gym Parties (Ages 3-5)
Our famous Jungle Gym parties are led by a professional instructor in our Jungle Gym.
Organized play time, parachute, fun, and games await you on our mini-gymnastics equipment, tumble trak, trampolines, foam pit and more!

Gymnastic Parties (Ages 6-16)
Our famous gymnastics parties are led by a professional instructor in your choice of either our Main Gym, recommended for ages 6+, or our Pre-School Gym, perfect for those 5 & under. Organized play time, fun, and games await you on our springy floor, tumble trak, trampolines, foam pit and more!

Dance Parties (Ages 4-18)
One of our certified dance instructors will get those dancin’ feet movin’ to the songs of your choice, along with games and activities to spark your little dancer’s trivia knowledge.

Martial Arts Parties
One of our Sensei’s leads kids through a series of fun-filled activities and games with a martial arts theme. The final activity is board-breaking. Each child breaks a board and can put their name and date on it for a take-home keepsake!

Ninja Challenge Parties (ages 5-16)
Be a part of the area’s hottest new birthday party theme – Ninja Challenge. Invite your friends to be challenged on some of the awesome obstacles inspired by the hit TV show. Try out the warped wall, quintuple steps, ring toss, cliff hanger, and more! All obstacles have been created to challenge your little one without the intimidation of the real obstacles from the TV show. These parties are generating all the buzz so don’t miss out! Special Ninja Challenge T-shirts are also available to purchase.

Foam Dart Battle (ages 5+)
Challenge your friends to the ultimate battle in our indoor battlefield filled with mats, obstacles, pits, and challenges.

Galactic Knights (AGES 5+)
Prepare yourself for training under Sensei Mike and his powerful light sword. You and your friends will learn the secrets to self-defense in a galaxy filled with strange aliens, powerful allies, and surprises around every corner.

Party Rates

For 2 hour parties:

• 10 kids: $275
• 11-20 kids: $310
• 21-30 kids: $360
• 31-40 kids: $410
