Why Summer Music Learning is So Worthwhile
Summer is generally a more relaxed time for children and youth than school year when many activities compete for time and attention. As teachers, we find that students often progress more rapidly during the summer. This is, in part, because we learn better when we are not stressed. It is also easier to focus on subject matter that is new or more demanding.
For young children, there is nothing more natural than singing and moving to music. Pakachoag Music School summer samplers are a great way to make music part of your summer fun. And, you can meet other families with young children.
