Join OSV in celebration of Independence Day! Experience fife and drum music, cannon demonstrations, games, a parade, and more. Hear special readings of poetry and the Declaration of Independence. Join in a game of base ball, or watch a toy hot air balloon take flight. And Kids are Free Admission!*
Highlighted Kid Activities Include:
- Create a 4th of July thaumatrope
- Play base ball by the 19th century rules
- March in the parade around the Village Common
Each day of the celebratory weekend visitors can experience:
- Morning flag raising ceremony
- Citizens parade
- Declaration of Independence reading

(*Up to three kids ages 17 and younger are admitted for free when accompanied by an adult paying full price admission ($30)
The Village is open from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Regular Admission

- $28 for seniors (55+),
- $15 for youth (4-17),
- $15 for college students (with a valid college ID)
