Girl Scout Overnight and Day Camps – Open to all Girls!
Are you a nature lover? Do you have a passion for science? Are you enthusiastic about art? The Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts offer a wide variety of programs for all your different interests. Girl Scout camp is open to all girls – no prior Girl Scout experience needed to attend!
No matter which camp you choose or whether you stay a few days, a week, or longer, you will have a ton of fun making new friends, trying new things, practicing new-found skills, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Girl Scouts’ dedication to progression in outdoor programming means that your camper will practice age-appropriate skills and gain the experience she needs to feel confident taking the next step in her outdoor journey.
Day Camp
Camp Laurel Wood
63 Buteau Rd, Spencer, MA 01562
Day camp at Camp Laurel Wood can include swimming and boating on Stiles Reservoir, archery and games on the A-Field, and hiking to the Wesley Center. There is a Gaga Pit and lots of space to learn new games. Through girl-led programming, campers will get a chance to experience everything camp has to offer and enjoy activities relating to each theme week. Make new friends, learn new skills, and be one with nature at camp. Camp Laurel Wood is also home to GSCWM’s History Museum.

Overnight Camp
For girls who have finished first grade. Girls camp for three to fourteen days and nights (the average is five nights). They plan activities with their counselors, taking advantage of the resources available at the each camp. Both GSCWM Resident Camps also host Troop Camping Adventure overnight programs where troop leaders get to experience all the fun of summer camp with their Girl Scouts.
Camp Bonnie Brae
Algerie Rd, East Otis, MA 01029
At Camp Bonnie Brae, campers will choose from program themes that match their interest, and spend part of their time doing activities with girls from their group. Three afternoons each week, girls will get a chance to explore their own desires through Camper Choice activities. Girls will individually choose activities that could include spending the entire afternoon at the waterfront, exploring their creative side in arts & crafts, taking a trip to the archery range or axe yard, or mixing it up with a dance session. Explore the traditions of wish boats, girl-led programming, island swims and so much more. Campers who attend Camp Bonnie Brae will have the opportunity to join more than a century of tradition, girl power, and camp magic.
Camp Green Eyrie
69 Still River Rd, Harvard, MA 01451
Camp Green Eyrie is situated on 52 forested acres right outside of Harvard, Massachusetts, and has been providing unforgettable Girl Scout camp experiences since 1925. Enjoy the low ropes challenge course, archery range, hatchet throwing lanes, and arts & crafts room. At the waterfront, splash around in the swimming area, jump in a kayak or canoe, and try paddle boarding. Green Eyrie offers campers the opportunity to try new things, explore their interests, and grow their leadership skills in a safe, supportive environment.
