March 18: Origami; 11am – 2pm
Back by popular demand – Let’s have fun with origami! By folding paper, we can transform a flat piece of paper into three-dimensional art. Create animals, hats, boxes, and more! You will be provided with a step-by-step guide and assistance as needed. All materials are included and no experience is necessary.
May 20: Give a Friend a Pinch; 11am-2pm
Working with self-hardening clay you will learn the most basic clay forming technique, pinching! Once you have made a basic body form, you can add details to bring your special pet or friend to life. Made from self-hardening clay your creation will not need firing but you should allow it to rest for 24 hours or more, so the clay may solidify. Friends will go home with their makers!
