Enjoy a peaceful walk around the the early 19th-century village. While on your walk stop by the numerous households and see what kind of winter activities kept a family busy. The tradeshops will be active as well, from needlework to working at the potter’s wheel, working to keep their hand skills sharp. See the farmers hard at work getting ready for the next season, and of course, the farm animals always enjoy a visitor too. There will be daily horse-drawn wagon rides throughout the museum. Your experience will be outdoors so dress accordingly.
