Cultivate Care Farm: Teen Support Group:
Teen support group will be held each Thursday 7 – 8:15 p.m. The group is self-run by teens through the guidance of a licensed professional, Erika Reimers (LICSW), with the use of animals and the Farm Based Therapy model.
The teenagers themselves say that the Farm is a place for solidarity for teens going through hard times and difficult situation.
Cost of the Group is $40 per week. To join the group, please, contact the office.
