Who can join: Ages 7 and up. No prior experience is necessary!​

Get ready for the ultimate morning of relaxation, movement, and puppy cuddles! Join us on Sunday, July 19thfor an all levels slow Vinyasa Flow experience that’s fun for the whole family. Whether you’re looking to find your Zen in yoga or find some animal therapy. Our adorable four-legged friends will be there to steal your heart (and maybe your yoga mat!).

What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and your best smile.

Mat Rental: Don’t have a mat? No problem! You can rent one of ours for just $2.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a total beginner, these amazing classes are designed to be lighthearted and accessible. Come for the zen, stay for the puppies, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the brewery and farm. Group rates are also available!
