In this class Beatz Dance Studio will focus on the basics of dance including the terminology as well as movements in a fun and non-threatening way.   Props and Movement songs will be incorporated to keep this class engaging and fun.

Dance provides grace, poise, and helps with posture, flexibility and fitness and supports coordination and balance.
