Garden Buds (Ages 4-5)
Geared for preschoolers, this program practices classroom readiness skills such as taking turns, raising hands, sharing, and expressing ideas. Each week explores a different seasonally appropriate theme through stories, songs, dramatic play, and guided outdoor exploration. Children will extend the learning at home with a small packet of take-home activities ranging from science experiments to simple crafts.
Thursdays 10:30-11:30AM, April 1 through May 27
M: $7 CHILD, $0 ADULT; NM: $12 CHILD, $16 ADULT

PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS FOR CHILDREN WITH THEIR ADULT COMPANIONS. Group size will not exceed current state restrictions of 20 including an instructor. This class is held entirely outdoors. Participants should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. In case of inclement weather, a rain date will be communicated.
Admission is included. Guests are welcome to arrive before or stay after the scheduled program time and enjoy the gardens and grounds.
All garden visitors over the age of two are required to wear masks at all times if they are able to do so.
